Anti-friction: The fineness of the copper-coated molybdenum disulfide processed by supersonic jet milling can reaches 325-500 mesh, micro-particle hardness 1-1.5, friction coefficient 0.05-0.1, so it can be used as friction material to reduce friction. Friction-increasing: During usage, there is copolymer  of copper-coated MoS2, MoS3 and MoO3 . When the temperature of the friction material increases rapidly because of friction, the MoO3  powder of the copolymer will expand with the temperature, this plays a role of friction increasing. Anti-oxidation:Copper-coated molybdenum disulfide is produced by chemical purification and intergrated reaction, its PH value is 7-8, slightly alkline. Copper-coated molybdenum disulfide covers the surface of the friction material to protect it from oxidation, and increase the affixing force to prevent detachment of the other materials. Besides, copper-coated molybdenum disulfide can also be used as the new material to make transistor. Compared with graphene which both belong to two-dimensional material, molybdenum disulfide has energy band gap1.8eV, but graphene has no energy band gap, so possibly molybdenum disulfide will have wide application in nano-transistor. What is more, the electronic mobility of the mono-layer molybdenum disulfide transistor can reach about 500 cm^2/(V·s), and the current switching rate can reach 1×10^8.
