Graphite-Reinforced Composite Plate is made of tanged metal sheet or steel wire sheet with pure Graphite Paper compounding into a sealing material. The common inner layer material is ss304, ss316 or tinplate in 0.05~0.2mm thickness. There are three kind of compounding form, the tanged metal composite sheet, the steel wire composite sheet, and the flat metal composite sheet. Graphite-reinforced Composite Plate has good performance in thermal stability, high strength and no cold flow. Otherwise Graphite-reinforced Composite Plate can be made into all kinds of shape and various composite geometry gasket shape, such as water level gauge gaskets, cylinder gasket, exhaust pipe gaskets etc.
