High Quality Graphite Stuffing

High quality Graphite Stuffing is made up of Expanded Graphite by woven. In addition to the strong oxidizer, high quality graphite stuffing can be used for boiling water, high temperature and high pressure steam, heat transfer medium, oil, acid, alkali, hydrogen, ammonia, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, low temperature liquids, etc. Graphite stuffing is a unique new type of sealing packing, widely used in dry oil, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, machinery, paper making industries such as centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, valves, pipe sealing etc.

Application conditions:

1) Max. working temperature:-200 ~ +650 oC(STEAM)

-200~+565 oC(ATMOSPHERE)

2) Max. working pressure: 25 Mpa

(can only be used in valve and other static sealing condition)

(1)Expanded Graphite Packing(with carbon fiber,SS wire, inconel wire)pressure :35 Mpa

(can only be used in valve and other static sealing condition)

(2)Expanded graphite packing(with inconel jacketed)pressure :40 Mpa

(can only be used in valve and other static sealing condition)

3) PH value: 0 - 14

5) Cross Section: ≥1/8" ~ ≤3"(3X3-75X75mm)

6) Density: 1.10 ~ 1.35g/cc(with cotton, fiberglass,ss304,inconel)

Density :1.50 ~ 1.60g/cc(with inconel jacketed)
