Product description Working description of graphite rotors:  Graphite rotor is make up the shaft and blow head.The graphite rotor breaks the insufflated nitrogen (or argon) in the Aluminum fusant into numbers of dispersing bubbles, which are spreading in the metal liquid. As a result of gas partial pressure difference and surface absorption, the bubble absorbs the hydrogen and oxide and removes the gases out of the fusant as it rises, so as to purify the fusant. The bubble is small and dispersing, mixed well and twistly and slowly rises with the rotary fusant, keeps a long touch with the fusant, so the airflow will not arise and the purifying performance can be notably improved.   Graphite Rotor characteristics: 1. Rotoring disperse machine has two kinds of movable and stable styles and they are used in different operating conditions. 2.Disperse rate is over 50%,as a result it can shorten the smelting time and reduce the production cost. 3. Be used in aluminum solution purity. 4. After anti-oxygenation process in the cover, its working life is more than five times of normal ones and it’s widely used in the Al-alloy casting field.   Usage technique of graphite rotor operation 1. Preheating first before usage: reheating 5min-10min on above of liquid level 100mm before immerging graphite rotor into aluminum fusant, avoid of effect to material from emergency cooling. And before immerging the rotor into liquid , gas must be put in, stop inputting gas after putting forward the rotor, in order to avoiding jam from air hole of rotor spray nozzle.   2. Air isolation: input the nitrogen or argon into purifying box, make sure positive pressure in purifying box, isolate the air, prevent graphite rotor oxidation.   3. The immersible deepness: the reasonable deepness of graphite rotor is 60mm below the liquid level, it is better for prolong the time of anti-oxidation loss and abrasion. 4. Drive system must clam, connecting rod is easily to deformation under high temperature, it can be affect the operation smoothness of rotor, lead to break or damage. 5. Nitrogen or argon must be pure, if the gas is not pure , the rotor will be oxidation seriously, then shorten the life of graphite rotor.   Packing: According to customer’s requirement.
