Temperature control is the key of expansion furnace. Generally speaking, Graphite Raw Material will be expanded between 850-950℃, but the temperature control will due to the graphite raw material because some need high temperature and some need low temperature. The temperature of expansion furnace is controlled by the gas switch. When the switch open a large the gas will enough and the flame will big, in result the temperature will high, or not the temperature will low.

Inside the expansion furnace there are refractory materials, but the operation should be required strictly and the temperature instability is prohibited. The temperature heating up operation should be slowly and step by step, especially in the winter. Or not the refractory materials will burst. General specking, from cool stove to 900℃, it should not be less than an hour. It can be about 20 minutes if the production will continue the second day.

The furnace liner tube is made in high-grade refractory materials, the more continuous use the longer service life is, and the service life will be shorten if cooling and heating frequently.
